Users will be required to provide a street address, location, and contact number when placing an order through Primo. Keep in mind that our Couriers want to bring you your food on time, so be sure to double-check that the information you input is correct!
Users can opt for Standard Delivery, which is to have the order delivered ‘ASAP’ (as soon as possible), or can ‘Pre-Order’ it for a time that suits them best:

We aim to make every attempt to meet the expected time of delivery stated on your order. However, there may also be situations that are out of our control, such as delays from the restaurants, road closures, traffic jams, weather, etc.
The times displayed on the Primo app are only estimates, and we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made to those exact timings.
