Customer Support

Duties:

  • Thorough knowledge of the service;
  • Greet and communicate with customers;
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to customers regarding their queries;
  • Provide explanations to customers about orders/products/site/policies;
  • Build a trusting relationship through accurate answers and a positive vibe;
  • Entering data, manage and maintain it into different CMS;
  • Responsible for organizing files, collecting and managing data to be entered;

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service position;
  • At least 1 year experience in CMS like WP, Joomla etc;
  • Excellent english verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Problem solving skills, with ability to identify and ensure a successful resolution;
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms;
  • Experience with disputes, claims, and chargebacks;
  • Positive and can-do attitude with a flexible approach;
  • An excellent listener;
  • Team player approach;
  • Previous experience in a high-growth mobile app company is a strong plus;
